360Learning provides a collaborative learning and top-down eLearning platform for customer, staff and compliance training. 360Learning was categorized as a Vendor of Assurance, ranking 11th overall in this Value Index evaluation. It ranked 11th in Product Experience and fourth in Customer Experience.
Our assessment finds that 360Learning could perform better by examining its placement as ninth in the Reliability category and its ability to scale to meet its customers’ business needs. In the Capability category, where it ranked 12th, it could examine its product abilities in social collaboration to better meet evolving expectations related to how learners take in and absorb information.
This assessment was based on 360Learning’s Learning Platform v76 products available in October of 2022.
360Learning, like all vendors in this market, should ensure they meet the evolving needs and expectations of its buyers and customers for enterprise-wide learning and provide it where and when workers need it as part of their work.
