Neeyamo is Vendor of Merit in Global Payroll Buyers Guide

We are happy to share some insights about Neeyamo drawn from our latest market research, Ventana Research Buyers Guide: Global Payroll, which assesses how well vendors’ offerings meet buyers’ requirements.  

In all of our Buyers Guides, we utilize a structured research methodology called the Value Index that includes evaluation categories designed to reflect real-world criteria incorporated in a request for proposal (RFP) and vendor selection process. We evaluated Neeyamo and 12 other vendors in seven categories, five relevant to the product (adaptability, capability, manageability, reliability and usability) and two related to the vendor (TCO/ROI and vendor validation).  

Our analysis classified Neeyamo as a vendor of Merit, receiving an overall grade of B- with a 58.4% performance. Neeyamo’s best grouped results came in Product Experience at 62.3% performance and a B- grade due in part to its B in Capability. In Customer Experience, Neeyamo received a C grade with a 39.4% performance due to its 46.0% performance in Validation. Neeyamo did not participate in the RFI process. 

Neeyamo’s B- grade in Product Experience was impacted by its B- in Reliability where it could improve upon its capabilities such as notifications on performance-related issues and the scope of performance metrics available to users. Customer Experience was impacted by its C- grade in TCO/ROI where its lack of available ROI tools led to its 32.7% performance.  

Neeyamo performed best in Product Experience with a B- grade, notably in Capability, receiving a B due to well-rounded payroll capabilities that includes employee and manager self-service and standard foreign exchange functions. In Adaptability, Neeyamo had good API integrations available and good mobile device integrations.
