Ordway was categorized as a Vendor of Merit, ranking 20th overall in this Value Index evaluation. It ranked 20th in Product Experience where it performed best in Reliability, placing 15th. It ranked 14th in Customer
When compared to all vendors in this Value Index, our assessment finds that Ordway could perform better in Capability, where it placed 17th, by examining its data mediation and usage pricing. In Adaptability, where it ranked 21st, it could improve configuration, customization and integration to support customers specific needs.
Ordway could perform better overall in this evaluation by addressing its Adaptability score of 29.9% with increased configuration and customization support. Ordway’s strongest performance came in Reliability at 70.9% where it did well with scalability and technology architecture and operations.
This assessment was based on Ordway Billing and Revenue Automation software version Winter ’23 and was available in March of 2023.
Ordway, like all vendors in this market, should ensure they are tracking the needs and expectations of consumers including business customers, as more organizations outside of the traditional digitally native industries continue to evolve their use of mixed revenue models including subscriptions.
