Quinyx is Provider of Merit in Workforce Management Buyers Guides

We are happy to share some insights about Quinyx drawn from our latest market research, Ventana Research Buyers Guide: Workforce Management, which assesses how well providers’ offerings meet buyers’ requirements.  

We recently published two Ventana Research Workforce Management Buyers Guides, an assessment of technology providers and products that provide individual and combined human capital management and workforce management platform support. At Ventana Research, we continue to believe that, for most use-cases, there is a clear choice for workforce management platforms for any use in your enterprise. We developed two technology assessments and buyers guides to focus on Basics and Suite platforms. 

In all of our Buyers Guides, we utilize a structured research methodology called the Value Index that includes evaluation categories designed to reflect real-world criteria incorporated in a request for proposal (RFP) and provider selection process for workforce management basics and suites. We evaluated Quinyx in seven categories, five relevant to the product (adaptability, capability, manageability, reliability and usability) and two related to the provider (TCO/ROI and provider validation).  

In the Workforce Management Basics Buyers Guide, our analysis classified Quinyx as a provider of Merit, receiving an overall grade of B++ with a 77.7% performance. Quinyx’s best grouped results came in Product Experience at 79.6% performance and a B++ grade due in part to its A- in Usability. In Customer Experience, Quinyx received a B grade with a 67.1% performance due to its 69.9% performance in TCO/ROI.  

Quinyx’s B++ grade in Product Experience was impacted by its B grade in Adaptability, where it could improve the scope of the configuration capabilities aligned with the skills of the targeted roles. Customer Experience was impacted by its B grade in Validation where it could align its product’s roadmap with both customer requirements and company’s strategy. 

Quinyx performed best in Product Experience with a B++ grade, notably receiving an A- in Usability due to its ability to learn how individuals use the system to promote efficiency. Quinyx’s ability to reduce workloads for process supervisors and administrators helped improve the score in this category. Quinyx performed well in Customer Experience with a B grade due to B+ in TCO/ROI for availability of product information for the prospect to make a business case for investing.  

In the Workforce Management Suites Buyers Guide, our analysis classified Quinyx as a provider of Merit, receiving an overall grade of B++ with a 77.3% performance. Quinyx’s best grouped results came in Product Experience with a 78.7% performance and a B++ grade due in part to its A- in Usability. In Customer Experience, Quinyx received a B with a 67.1% performance due to its 69.9% performance in TCO/ROI.  

Quinyx’s B++ grade in Product Experience was impacted by its B++ in Capability, where it could provide collaboration-specific support like wall posting or Facebook-like capabilities. Customer Experience was impacted by its B in Validation, where it increased the number of references and case studies.  

Quinyx performed best in Product Experience with a B++ grade, notably receiving an A- in Usability due to its ability to learn how individuals use the system to promote efficiency. Quinyx’s ability to reduce workloads for process supervisors and administrators helped improve the score in this category. Quinyx performed well in Customer Experience with a B grade due to B+ in TCO/ROI due to availability of product information for the prospect to make a business case for investing.
