The 2009 Value Index for Sales Performance Management indicates that the company delivering the highest value on an overall weighted-evaluation basis is Callidus Software, which earned the "Warm" rating, followed by Varicent Software and Merced Systems, which also earned the "Warm" rating, and Xactly Corporation which was close behind in the "Cold" rating.
