Ventana Research announced today the winners of the 13th Annual Digital Leadership Awards. These awards showcase organizations and the professional leadership that are using technology to achieve exemplary outcomes. 
The prestigious Ventana Research Digital Leadership Awards recognize leaders and pioneers who have contributed to their organization’s success and championed improvements across their people, processes, information and technology.
As part of the awards process and methodology, Ventana Research examined submissions to evaluate the nominated organization's use of people, processes, information and technology, the best practices it developed, the degree of team involvement and ultimately the business impact and value. There were no restrictions placed on the organizations that were invited to participate, and submissions were received from around the world and across a breadth of industries.

The Digital Leadership Awards span nine categories aligned to our areas of expertise: Analytics, Customer Experience, Data, Digital Technology, Human Capital Management, Marketing, Office of Finance, Operations & Supply Chain and Sales, along with an Overall Digital Leadership Award Winner selected from the final judging across all categories.

Overall Digital Leadership Award Winner- This award is the most prestigious award offered. It is given to the company and technology provider who best exemplifies Overall Leadership.

Data - This award is for the company and technology provider that best exemplifies leadership in big data and related technologies for supporting data and information management related needs.
- Winner: Wendy Turner-Williams at Salesforce using Alation
Digital Technology - This award for the company and technology provider that best exemplifies leadership in the technologies that support for cutting edge and exploratory technologies.
- Winner: Joshua Carroll at RBC Capital Markets using Solace
Human Capital Management - This award is for the company and technology provider that best exemplifies leadership in the applications and technologies that support human capital management.
- Winner: Will Tedrow at Youth Dynamics using Sage People
Marketing - This award is for the company and technology provider that best exemplifies leadership in the applications and technologies that support marketing.
