This award is for the software provider or leader that best exemplifies innovation in the technologies that support any or all of the following areas: Business Continuity, Cloud Computing, DevOps and Platforms, Digital Security, Intelligent Automation, IoT and Edge Computing, ITOps, IT Service Management or Observability.

Submission Rules

Nomination forms will be accepted by filling out the nomination form on each award's page or via email to awards@ventanaresearch.com. Organizations, public relations firms and technology vendors may submit their own nominations directly. Any submission received from a third party must have explicit approval to submit on its behalf; all such submissions must include the nominated organization’s complete contact information to enable ISG Software Research to confirm submission approval and review at the beginning of the Award review process. The quality and depth of the submission – its clarity, completeness and specificity – will strongly affect its overall score, so please provide as much information presented as clearly and precisely as possible. All submissions will require that the information submitted should be able to be shared in the public domain if deemed a finalist and winner through press release and potential written summary of the award.

Recognition

Award recipients will receive the prestigious award from ISG Software Research. The awards will be announced through a press release, across social and promotion on www.ventanaresearch.com.
